A little while ago, we did a thing. We found a pied-a-terre in Paris- 25 square meters (269 square feet), no kitchen, and in a neighborhood far, far from what was familiar. We plunged ahead and dove down the rabbit hole of real estate transactions, renovations, and property ownership.
